Personalized, progressive, and adaptive training plan with a monthly check-in, includes running workouts tailored to your ability and goals.
Includes:
Intro meeting with history, evaluation, and goal setting
Personalized schedule via Final Surge including runs, strength training and rest
Monthly training feedback and adjustments to plan as needed
Pre-race planning & strategy discussion for goal races
Post-race debrief discussion with your coach

Why hire a running coach?
I believe that every runner is different and would benefit from a custom running plan that is tailored towards their specific needs, goals, and lifestyle! Whether you have been unsuccessful in accomplishing your goals through generic training plans found online, are motivated but struggling with all the information out there, or have a lot on your plate and want to reduce the mental load of being in charge of your own training, a supportive running coaching is your corner.

How do I know if I am a good fit for 1:1 coaching?
If you are looking for a training plan that is personalized and written entirely for YOU based on your schedule, training history, short and long terms goals, and more, then 1:1 training is for you!
How does communication work?
You will have regular contact with our coach. You will discuss with your coach the most convenient form of communication, whether that is phone, text, email or through the training app.
